About Me
At my core, I’m a nurturer, a seeker, and a soul who believes in the power of connection, laughter, and the sacredness of being alive. I find joy in the simple things: the warmth of the sun on my face, the rhythm of music that stirs the heart, the smell of something soulful simmering on the stove, and the peace that comes from dancing barefoot in the moonlight.
I’ve always been the one who watches the stars a little longer, who laughs from the belly, and who cries when I feel something deeply. I love animals, plants, long road trips with no particular destination, and the kind of books that teach, heal, and inspire. Nature is my refuge. Music is my medicine. And people? People are my passion.
I believe in honesty, kindness, and showing up with your whole heart. I’m someone who will sit with you in silence or celebrate your joy like it’s my own. I’m always learning, always growing, and never afraid to say, “I don’t know, but I’ll find out.” My life has been shaped by love, loss, laughter, and learning—and I carry all of that into every space I enter.
Titles and roles aside, I’m simply a woman committed to living fully, loving deeply, and helping others feel safe, seen, and supported. I wake up each day with gratitude for the chance to share my light, and I carry the belief that even the smallest acts of care can ripple into something beautiful.
If you’re here, know that you’re welcomed not just into my work—but into my heart.
My services were born from a lifelong desire to bring light, love, and support into the lives of others. Every role I’ve stepped into—whether as a doula, coach, mentor, or caregiver—has been guided by one mission: to serve with heart and soul.
Sunshine Soul Lines was created from that very purpose. I’ve always believed that even in our hardest seasons, there’s room for healing, hope, and light. This practice is my way of sharing that light—offering holistic, culturally respectful care that supports the whole person: body, mind, and spirit. From birth to postpartum, from grief to growth, I meet each client where they are, with compassion and steady presence.
Ma’Doula came into being thanks to one of my beautiful clients who lovingly referred to me as “Ma Doula”—a term of warmth, trust, and affection. It stuck. And it perfectly captured what I aim to be for every person I support: more than a doula, a comforting maternal energy, a guide, a “ma” figure who shows up with wisdom, strength, and a soft place to land.
Through both Sunshine Soul Lines and Ma’Doula, I offer birth and postpartum support, mental health coaching, respite care, sacred placenta services, doula training, mentorship, and more—all with a personal touch, deep respect, and soulful care that’s been with me my entire life.
