As a Doula Trainer, Mentor, and Speaker, I’m passionate about empowering birthworkers with the skills and confidence to serve from the heart. My teaching style blends lived experience with professional wisdom, offering in-person, online, and hybrid trainings that support all learning styles. Every session is rooted in cultural respect, inclusivity, and a deep commitment to holistic care.

Through mentorship, I continue to guide new doulas beyond certification—offering support, encouragement, and insight as they navigate real-world experiences. My approach is relational, not transactional. I walk alongside each mentee, helping them grow not only in skill, but in confidence, integrity, and compassion.

As a speaker, I bring honesty, warmth, and real-world perspective to every stage. I share on topics like birthwork, mental health, healing, advocacy, and holistic support, always with the goal of inspiring others to lead and serve with heart. Whether I’m teaching doulas or speaking to broader audiences, my message is simple: we rise by lifting others.
