Postpartum Support – Gentle, Practical Care for the Fourth Trimester
The days and weeks after birth are tender, transformative, and deeply personal. As a postpartum doula, I provide compassionate, hands-on support to help mothers and families adjust, heal, and find their rhythm in the early days of parenthood. My role is to help lighten the load so you can focus on bonding, resting, and recovering—physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
I offer in-home postpartum care tailored to your unique needs. This includes night support to help you get the rest your body needs, and emotional check-ins to make sure you feel seen and supported in your new role. I assist with light housework such as tidying up, laundry, and organizing baby items, along with light meal prep or cooking, especially if you need nourishment that supports healing and energy.
For feeding support, I provide basic lactation guidance to help establish or maintain a breastfeeding relationship, and I also offer formula information for families who choose or need alternative feeding. I’ll help you feel confident and informed—free of judgment—regardless of your feeding journey. Whether it’s learning to read your baby’s cues, navigating emotions, or just having someone there to remind you that you’re doing an incredible job, I’m here to walk with you.
The fourth trimester deserves just as much care as the birth itself. My postpartum support is a warm extension of your village—rooted in kindness, patience, and presence—so you never feel like you have to do it all alone.
