As a certified Mental Health Coach and Medical Hypnosis Practitioner, I support individuals navigating life’s emotional challenges with care, clarity, and compassion. My work is centered around helping you move through difficult seasons—not by diagnosing or treating mental illness, but by walking beside you with practical tools, emotional support, and a safe, nonjudgmental space to breathe, reflect, and grow.
I specialize in helping people manage stress, overwhelm, grief, burnout, anxiety, and emotional fatigue through guided conversation, breathwork, mindfulness, trauma-sensitive listening, and coaching strategies. We’ll explore healthy coping methods, self-awareness, emotional regulation, mindset shifts, and ways to reconnect with your inner calm and clarity. I also integrate holistic support where helpful—like medical hypnosis, grounding techniques, or body-mind connection tools—to help you feel more balanced and empowered.
While I do not provide therapy or psychiatric treatment, I recognize the importance of knowing when clinical care is needed. If deeper intervention is appropriate, I’ll compassionately guide you toward licensed professionals while continuing to offer encouragement and support on your journey. My goal is to help you feel seen, heard, and strengthened—so you can move forward with confidence, peace, and purpose.
